In some cases, LED spotlights or LED luminaires continue to light up weakly after an upstream switch has been switched off.
A possible cause for this can be a switched neutral conductor. In the case of portable radio-controlled sockets, time switches and socket strips with foot switches that have a 1-pole relay installed, the afterglow of LED lights or light chains plugged into them can occur. In these cases, simply insert the plug of these products into the installation socket the other way around, then in most cases the phenomenon should be resolved.
