Wireless sockets are usually controlled via a handheld transmitter and transmit the signal via radio (433.92 MHz). However, there is also a way to conveniently control these wireless sockets via smartphone using the brennenstuhl®Connect app.
To do this, you need the brennenstuhl®Connect WiFi socket with 433 MHz transmitter WA 3600 LRF01 433.
This can be controlled via WiFi using the brennenstuhl®Connect app. In addition, it can also serve as a gateway for the radio-controlled sockets.
Simply add the brennenstuhl®Connect WiFi socket with 433 MHz transmitter WA 3600 LRF01 433 to the brennenstuhl®Connect app on your smartphone and you can now also assign wireless sockets to the gateway for switching.
You can then use it to switch your wireless sockets on and off and set timers and countdowns.
This applies to all of our Comfort Line wireless sockets.
The RCS 1000 N Comfort wireless sockets cannot be controlled via the gateway using Wi-Fi.
