Step 1: Open the brennenstuhl®Connect App
Step 2: Select the desired device
Step 3: Click on the pencil icon at the top right
Step 4: Now click on "remove device" at the bottom and select "Disconnect and delete all data."
The device has now been reset to factory settings and can then be re-paired as usual.
