Make sure which model your power strip is. To do this, look for the item number on the back of the power strip on the product label.
There are 3 different Web Line models:
1156057984 (The current model in the range)
1156057994 (Old model, no longer in the range)
1951150600 (Old model, no longer in the range)
You can find the corresponding software and instructions on the linked pages in the downloads section.
Install the software that corresponds to your power strip.
Note: If you have installed the wrong software, you must delete it (reset to factory settings) and install the correct one:
Restore Factory Settings: Press both buttons (7 and 8) simultaneously for about 5 seconds to reset the power strip to its factory settings. This may be useful if, for example, you have forgotten your login credentials. Warning: All settings will be lost!
