- A proof of purchase attached (e.g. receipt or invoice or screenshot as PDF, image file or text file).
- Your full address.
- The article number of the item. Please enter our manufacturer article number here. This begins with 1 and can be found on the product or on the product packaging (item no.: 1xxxxxx(xxx)). Please only enter numbers (7 or 10 digits, no letters, no special characters, no spaces, example: 1391010620).
- The batch number. These are two four-digit numbers or one three-digit and one four-digit number, separated by a space, one directly after the other. These can be found on the product label, on a separate label or printed on the product. Example: “3726 0621” or “916 1822”. For smoke alarms, please state the date of manufacture.
- Your full bank details (account holder, IBAN, BIC)
- What did you put in our product and what is the power rating of your device (in watts)?
- A photo of the product label and any damage
- Was the product used properly and according to the operating instructions?
- Detailed description of the damage: What exactly happened? When and where did the damage occur?
- Invoices for the damaged appliances and/or repairs carried out and/or other costs
- Witnesses or other evidence: Are there any witnesses or other evidence to corroborate the incident?
- Expected reimbursements: What are you claiming (compensation, repair, replacement)
In the event of damage due to overvoltage:
- Proof from a specialist workshop that the damaged appliance has overvoltage damage. It is best to combine this with a cost estimate.
- Report from the network operator as to whether and when exactly the overvoltage occurred
