If your brennenstuhl® product has a defect or fault and you are still within the guarantee period (see also: What are the guarantee terms at Brennenstuhl?), you can submit the claim via our contact form.
First, please check whether you are still within the warranty or guarantee period. The attached article can help you with this. How can I tell how long I have a guarantee or warranty?
Warranty = Identifiable by the warranty icon (2, 3, 5, 10 years)
Warranty = If no warranty icon is specified (2 years)
Also check whether the following applies:
- Product purchased online
- Sold NOT by brennenstuhl®
- Purchase less than 14 days ago
In this case, you can simply return the product to the online shop without giving any reason and receive a new product or your money back.
Please note: Include some kind of proof of purchase. This can be a receipt, an invoice, a screenshot or any document that shows that and when you purchased the product.
